What precisely is a P. C. network? Well it’s were you are hooked up to several PCs immediately. The PAN, which as the name states is an individual network, meaning it’s employed by one individual.
It’s when you have a P. C. , scanner, fax, telephone, etc, linked up to your personal computer at home. The range of a PAN is give up little customarily varying in distances of six to eight feet. A LAN is generally in connection with a network that covers a tiny location or a place. Most LANs use Ethernet as the link. A LAN and Dismal are close up what they do, but a LAN can be seperated by the higher level of data transference rates.
A CAN may be considered a person, but is most of the time in a way smaller area than a person. A person or Urban area network is where 2 or more LANs or perhaps CANs are connected together. A person however won’t go past the limits of the local town or city. A Dismal which remember is a Wide area network, it covers a wider geographic area than a town, and maybe 2 or more counties would be connected this way. Another network that we didn’t list earlier is a Worldwide area network or GAN, this is really something that’s being worked on by several different groups at present and has still to be absolutely outlined. Networks are a dazzling thing that if you consider it actually haven’t been about for a long period of time.
